This week I lost a great friend. Her name was Chloe, and she is in some of the pics in my gallery. She had been sick for awhile, and I had been watching out for her. She was an inspiration to me as an artist and as a friend, and I don't know where I am going from here or what to do next. I just know that I love her.

2010, Anime Boston, other stuff

This year seems to have gotten off to a great start. Through a stroke of luck and generosity Team X will be getting an office space in downtown Chicago. It looks like my team will have a panel at Anime Boston this year, which is very exciting. I'm starting to feel like I am getting back to 100% with the artwork I have been doing lately. Looking at the work of other artist on DA has really given me a lot of ideas about new directions to peruse in digital and traditional media. I am really pumped and can't wait to get a chance to show the new skills I have picked up. I really want to get started on drawing my new comic and establish a more regu

You have some great work man! You seem to have this ease with realism and I envy it!...And hey, sorry for your loss. From the pics you drew, she seemed like an interesting person. But I doubt she'd want her departure to keep you down. We never really lose close friends like that. Keep pushing forward man!
